Procurement Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School seeks a strategic and results‑driven Procurement Supervisor to lead procurement operations and support the school's purchasing requirements. The role ensures timely, transparent, and value‑driven procurement services aligned with the school's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise procurement activities to support school operations and strategic goals.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, conduct evaluations and recommend suitable purchasing solutions.
• Lead quotation analysis, market benchmarking, product evaluations and cost comparisons to achieve value for money.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, service agreements and contracts.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with school policies, procedures and approval processes.
• Monitor supplier performance, service quality, delivery timelines and contract compliance.
• Prepare procurement plans, purchasing reports, savings reports and supplier performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation and procurement efficiency.
• Supervise procurement staff, provide coaching and ensure high levels of service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supply chain operations, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract administration and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, planning and decision‑making abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Good command of Khmer and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement‑related systems.
