About the role

The Procurement & Import Executive will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring that procurement and import operations meet their expectations. This junior‑level position offers exposure to a fast‑paced, internationally‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate customer needs into procurement actions.
• Source and procure goods, negotiate best prices and terms.
• Coordinate quotations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders for efficient order processing.
• Handle documentation and logistics, overseeing transportation procedures.
• Guarantee complete and on‑time deliveries.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Engineering.
• Junior candidates or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Computer‑savvy with exposure to industrial procurement.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and organized work style.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms.
