Part‑time Stock Controller (RA) – Phnom Penh

About the role

The Stock Controller (RA) position is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting smooth operations across the warehouse, sales, and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and update the stock management system accordingly.
• Conduct regular stock counts, identify discrepancies, and resolve variances.
• Prepare basic stock reports and support regulatory and administrative requirements related to product handling.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.

Required profile

• Strong background in stock control, inventory management, or supply‑chain support, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical environments.
• Analytical mindset to monitor data, spot trends, and address discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with internal teams.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh.
