Partnerships & Outreach Associate

About the role

Mango Taxi is looking for a Partnerships & Outreach Associate to grow its network of hotels, travel agencies, creators and booking platforms across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for finding, negotiating and finalising partnership agreements that generate real bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and sign referral partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, creators and other businesses that need transfer services.
• Register Mango Taxi on booking platforms and negotiate integration or contract rates with larger partners.
• Handle collaboration requests from creators and influencers, negotiate terms and close deals with written agreements.
• Maintain a shared tracker of contacts, statuses and hand over active partnerships to the support team.

Required profile

• Excellent written English and confident spoken English for calls and online meetings.
• Self‑starter attitude: able to plan your day, run multiple conversations in parallel and deliver results without constant supervision.
• Stable internet connection and personal laptop.

Required skills

• Strong Google Sheets skills – building reports, formulas, filters and summaries.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and content creation.
• Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations with AI assistance.
