Operations Manager – Pest Control & Fumigation

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily field activities for pest control, fumigation, and industrial cleaning services. You will ensure efficient scheduling, strict safety compliance, and high customer satisfaction across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and optimise daily routes and schedules for technicians and cleaning crews.
• Allocate human resources, chemicals, and specialised equipment according to job requirements.
• Oversee high‑risk services such as fumigation and bird‑control work at heights, ensuring protocol adherence.
• Conduct random on‑site quality checks and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with sales to perform site surveys for large corporate clients.
• Enforce chemical safety, PPE usage and HSE standards for hazardous tasks.
• Manage inventory of chemicals, baits, detergents and equipment; supervise maintenance and calibration of assets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and monitor cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Entomology or related field.
• 5‑10+ years of operations management experience in pest control, fumigation or industrial cleaning.
• Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work flexible hours.
