Operations Compliance Support Manager

About the role

The Operations Compliance Support Manager will ensure that branch and operational processes adhere to approved policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures. You will work closely with audit, risk, loan review and call centre teams to resolve compliance issues and improve operational controls.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain audit finding registers, track owners, monitor due dates and follow up on supporting evidence.
• Review branch processes against policies and SOPs, flag gaps, and coordinate remediation with risk, compliance and audit teams.
• Assist in drafting SOP updates, organising audit evidence, maintaining compliance files and preparing self‑assessment records.
• Coordinate collateral documentation with CAA, loan review and branches, and prepare briefing materials for managers and field staff.
• Respond to routine compliance queries, escalate high‑risk matters and deliver periodic compliance briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in compliance, internal audit, operations control, branch or banking operations.
• Familiarity with NBC regulations, banking policies, SOPs, audit evidence and issue tracking.
• Professional communication skills in both Khmer and English.
