About the role

Join JD Logistics as a System Solution professional responsible for shaping supply‑chain business systems. You will work on market research, standardisation, and productisation to make the system more adaptable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and promote standardisation, configurability and productisation of supply‑chain business systems.
• Shorten project onboarding cycles, enhance system adaptability to business needs and market changes, and improve overall system performance.
• Develop system solutions for mid‑tier customer segments and produce industry‑specific capability documentation.
• Coordinate product and R&D resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery that meets customer needs.
• Lead UAT activities: define test cases and plans, organise testing personnel and produce UAT test reports to guarantee system quality and functionality.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration mindset and ownership attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in system development, solution design and project coordination.
• Ability to work across product, R&D and customer teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
