Officer, Finance Support

About the role

The Finance Support Officer will ensure accurate daily reconciliation of ATM, IMT, Nostro, interbank and teller transactions, while monitoring cash flow and processing top‑up adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily ATM reconciliation, investigate discrepancies within 24 hours and maintain records.
• Reconcile IMT and Nostro transactions by cut‑off time, escalating unmatched items and coordinating with supervisors and external banks.
• Perform interbank, Bakong, cash & credit, and teller branch account reconciliations, preparing daily reports and escalating high‑risk issues.
• Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions, reporting anomalies and supporting liquidity management.
• Process customer, partner, payroll and dispute adjustment top‑ups accurately, meeting SLA requirements and maintaining transaction records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, settlement, or banking operations.
• Good understanding of reconciliation processes, financial transaction flows, GL structures and error handling.
