National Sales Manager – Cosmetics

About the role

The National Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy across all channels in the cosmetics sector, driving revenue, market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national sales strategy, set annual targets, budgets and forecasts by channel and region.
• Lead, coach and motivate a national sales team including RSMs, ASMs and field staff, ensuring alignment with trade marketing and distributors.
• Manage relationships with key customers, distributors and trade partners, negotiating terms, promotions and joint business plans.
• Monitor sales performance, distribution, visibility and availability, and work with Marketing on in‑store execution and new product launches.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market insights and performance dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7‑10 years of sales management experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or pharmaceutical, with at least 3 years in a national leadership role.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
