MV Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Medium Voltage (MV) Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in Cambodia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting and repairing MV electrical infrastructure across our large‑scale real‑estate and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect and repair MV systems including transformers, switchgear and circuit breakers.
• Conduct insulation, protection relay and thermal scanning tests.
• Troubleshoot faults and ensure continuous power supply during emergencies.
• Operate and control MV equipment following established safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MV system maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear and protection relays.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single‑line diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards.
• Willingness to work shifts or standby duty.
