Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Alleviare Life Sciences is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to drive product adoption in hospitals and clinics across Phnom Penh. You will implement local development strategies, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth in the medical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement local development strategies in line with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
• Promote new and key products to hospitals, clinics, and prescribing physicians.
• Identify and expand the customer base, ensuring timely reporting and classification of clients.
• Deliver product key messages using visual aids and support tools.
• Participate in training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably in bidding channels, hospitals, or clinics.
• Experience with products in dermatology, obstetrics & pediatrics, neurology, endocrinology, or similar therapeutic areas.
• Secondary/college degree in pharmacy or higher.
