About the role
Formulate and implement a strategically integrated marketing plan to increase sales volume. Lead and develop teamwork, motivating staff to achieve the company’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales objectives.
- Explore new territories and expand geographic coverage for sales development.
- Conduct annual marketing planning and product development processes.
- Prepare regular market analysis reports and provide recommendations for management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a trading company.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation/communication skills.
- Creative, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
