Marketing Executive

About the role

UMAMI is looking for a Marketing Executive to own the brand’s marketing strategy, from content creation to paid campaigns and community building. You will work directly with the founders, planning, producing and analysing all marketing activities that drive awareness and user acquisition across Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the quarterly marketing roadmap and monthly content calendar, setting clear goals for each campaign.
• Create and publish 2‑3 posts per week on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including Reels, Stories and carousel posts.
• Shoot, edit and produce short‑form video and photo content for merchant stories, user testimonials and events.
• Design visual assets (posters, flyers, animated graphics) using Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms, managing targeting and budgets.
• Handle community interactions, influencer collaborations and offline event marketing materials.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Fluent in Khmer and English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for food, sustainability or impact‑tech and a proactive, autonomous work style.
