About the role
The Business Intelligence Supervisor will lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market and sales data to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business operations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across departments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to provide actionable insights.
- Supervise the BI team and support data‑driven business strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, IT, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar role.
