About the role

Impact Hub Phnom Penh is seeking a Market Access Lead & Growth Connector to bridge entrepreneurs—especially those in agriculture and non‑timber forest products—with the right buyers and partners. The role combines deal‑making, storytelling, and relationship‑building to turn quality Cambodian products into commercial successes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and steward a trusted network of buyers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Map the market ecosystem to identify high‑value entry points for entrepreneurs.
• Assess product readiness and help entrepreneurs refine value propositions, pricing, packaging, and pitches.
• Represent Impact Hub at trade shows, B2B sessions, and industry events to generate concrete opportunities.
• Feed market intelligence back to the Impact Hub team to improve technical support.
• Craft compelling narratives that showcase entrepreneurs, their products, and the social impact behind them.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of buyer needs and market dynamics.
