Manager of Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development

About the role

The Manager of Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Unit will lead the identification, analysis, and acquisition of institutional partners across corporates, government agencies, NGOs, insurance companies, and fintechs. This senior role reports to the VP & Manager of Corporate Banking and works closely with product, digital, IT, risk, compliance, and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market scans to identify potential institutional partners and analyse their business volume, cash flow, and deposit contribution potential.
• Coordinate business requirements with product, digital banking and IT teams to facilitate technical assessments and implementation.
• Track market trends in corporate payments and digital ecosystem development to keep offerings competitive.
• Draft comprehensive business cases covering partnership rationale, projected CASA growth, fee income projections and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Identify partnership risks and work with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations for formal assessment.
• Prepare presentation materials, financial analysis and recommendations for strategic partnership proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fee‑sharing, SLAs and liability clauses with partner counterparts.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 5‑10 years of corporate banking experience, including 3‑5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in proposal writing, financial analysis and partner negotiation.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance and payment systems.
• Excellent English communication skills and high professional integrity.
