Manager, IT Program Management

About the role

The Manager, IT Program Management leads large‑scale IT programs, ensuring they align with business and technology strategies. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross‑functional teams and communicating progress to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program roadmap, major milestones, and delivery sequencing.
• Oversee governance across multiple projects, managing interdependencies, constraints, and risks.
• Consolidate program‑level budget, resource demand, and delivery forecasts; support prioritization and resource balancing.
• Maintain visibility of program risks, issues, assumptions, and changes; prepare dashboards and executive updates.
• Coach project managers, enforce delivery standards, and monitor benefits realization against the approved business case.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management of complex IT programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial oversight, benefits tracking, risk management and change governance.
