Maintenance Executive

About the role

The Maintenance Executive will oversee the upkeep and repair of store and office facilities in Phnom Penh, ensuring safe and efficient operations across all retail locations. This full‑time, on‑site position involves coordinating with vendors, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting store openings or renovations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond promptly to maintenance requests from stores.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and spare‑parts inventory.
• Supervise repair work to verify quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with operations and store management teams to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, including basic electrical, mechanical and civil systems.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and supervising repair work.
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance schedules and keep organized documentation.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and commitment to safe practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for interaction with store staff and management.
