Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Sales Manager to drive growth by identifying high‑potential clients, building strong relationships, and leading a sales team to exceed targets. This role combines strategic account development with hands‑on leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and design effective targeting strategies.
• Generate leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, performance analyses, and market feedback.
• Identify training needs and provide mentorship to ensure the team has the necessary skills.
• Proactively resolve issues or conflicts with key accounts to maintain a positive experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably within the steel or construction industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
