Key Account Manager

About the role

FITS Cargo is looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Key Account Manager to drive growth of its air cargo business in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts and building strong relationships across the logistics ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, freight forwarders, airlines, GSAs and CSAs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate cargo bookings, capacity requirements and customer requests with internal teams.
• Monitor shipments, ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and promote FITS Cargo services.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate commercial databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or key account management, preferably in air cargo or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of air cargo products and logistics industry practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.
