Key Account Manager – Chinese Speaker (Construction Solutions)

About the role

Dynamic Chemical Company, part of Dynamic Advanced Group Cambodia, is looking for a full‑time Key Account Manager who speaks Chinese to manage admixture, protective coatings, waterproofing and flooring solutions for construction projects in Phnom Penh. The role combines technical support with B2B sales to Chinese construction firms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for admixture, protective coatings, waterproofing and flooring products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Chinese construction companies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and ensure timely payments from clients.
• Monitor competitors and market trends in the construction sector.
• Support major construction projects and foster team engagement.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience delivering technical support for construction‑related solutions such as admixtures, protective coatings, waterproofing or flooring.
• Proven B2B selling and negotiation experience.
• Experience preparing forecasts, reports and monitoring competitors.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams on major construction projects.
