About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle for air cargo services. You will work on‑site, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure shipments are delivered efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop revenue opportunities across relevant market segments.
- Lead sales promotion activities, conduct market research and evaluate customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, closure and cash collection.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, airlines, trucking companies, ground handlers and other service providers.
- Oversee cargo reservations, capacity assessments, bookings and monitor shipments through to final delivery.
- Prepare sales and commercial reports, maintain rate sheets and ensure data accuracy.
- Travel locally and overseas as required and ensure compliance with company policies.
