About the role
The Junior Training Coordinator will organise and deliver monthly training programmes, supporting both on‑site and virtual learning environments. The role also oversees onboarding schedules for new hires, ensuring compliance and smooth integration into the company.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly training sessions from planning to execution, including venue booking and virtual link setup.
- Manage training assets, both physical and digital, and arrange transport and logistics for on‑site sessions.
- Track training records, completion rates and assessment scores, and assist in analysing skill gaps.
- Create structured onboarding schedules, facilitate compliance training, and monitor new‑hire progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
