Junior Finance and Accounting Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Finance and Accounting Assistant to support our reporting obligations to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). The role involves preparing regular financial reports, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, semester and annual financial reports for the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).
• Perform daily reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
• Handle bank deposits and withdrawals on‑site, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Team to ensure reports meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong written Khmer communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to handle multiple reporting cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
