IT Technician (On-site, Phnom Penh)

About the role

ATACH SOLUTIONS is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Technician to join its team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The role focuses on managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of IT systems and devices to ensure smooth operations for both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software on client workstations and servers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end‑users.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Assist with network setup, monitoring, and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and service quality.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver effective customer service and technical support.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in Phnom Penh.

Required skills

• IT systems configuration and troubleshooting.

• Network setup and maintenance (a plus).
• Relevant IT certifications or programming language knowledge (advantageous).
