Inventory Manager

About the role

The Inventory Manager will lead the control of raw materials, packaging, work‑in‑progress and finished goods to ensure accurate stock levels and uninterrupted production. Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance, the role drives efficiency and supports business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventories of raw materials, packaging, WIP and finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
• Analyse inventory performance and prepare regular management reports.
• Minimise discrepancies, shortages and excess stock.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve inventory processes.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Optimise storage utilisation and support digitalisation and automation of inventory systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English or Chinese.
