About the role

We are recruiting three senior international experts to support the Nirodh Water Supply Expansion Project (Phase I) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The project is funded by a JICA ODA loan and requires specialized knowledge in water treatment, civil/structural engineering, and architectural engineering.

Required profile

Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 12–18 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in English.
Prior experience on ICB contracts under JICA ODA loan projects in developing countries.
Experience with FIDIC‑based civil works contracts and related documentation.

Required skills

Water Treatment Process engineering.
Civil and structural engineering for water supply infrastructure.
Architectural engineering for building projects.
Knowledge of ICB contract procedures.
Familiarity with JICA ODA loan project requirements.
Experience preparing and managing contract procurement documents.
