International Team Leader – Senior Highway Engineer

About the role

Sheladia Associates is seeking an International Team Leader to lead a transport and tourism infrastructure consulting assignment in Cambodia. The role involves supporting project preparation, detailed engineering design, safeguards, and bidding documentation for a proposal-stage opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project preparation and detailed engineering design for roads, bridges, and transport infrastructure.
• Develop safeguards and bidding documentation to meet MDB/ADB financing requirements.
• Collaborate with global experts and senior decision‑makers to shape nationally significant infrastructure initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil, Highway, or Transport Engineering or a related field.
• At least 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in project preparation or design management under MDB/ADB or similar financing.
• Team Leader/Project Manager experience on at least five relevant projects and on at least five projects in Southeast Asia.
