Interior Operations Manager – Veneer Interior

About the role

The Interior Operations Manager will lead and coordinate four core functions – Design, CNC Production, Workshop, and Project – to ensure technical feasibility, production capacity, quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery of interior fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Design, CNC Production, Workshop, and Project teams, ensuring seamless workflow across all functions.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for design, production, workshop, and project execution challenges.
• Review designs, technical drawings, and specifications to confirm feasibility, manufacturability, quality, and installation readiness.
• Oversee CNC Production and Workshop operations to guarantee efficient manufacturing and adherence to quality standards.
• Plan and manage factory capacity, manpower, machinery, materials, and resources in line with project demand and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to align priorities and ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate with clients when required to provide technical clarification, address concerns, and support project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical standards, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit‑out, furniture manufacturing, joinery, CNC production, or related operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of woodworking, joinery, veneer, CNC production, workshop operations, and project installation.
• Proven ability to interpret technical/shop drawings and translate designs into practical production and installation solutions.
• Experience in production planning, factory capacity management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, communication, client management, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
