Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer

About the role

The Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer will support KB PRASAC BANK in expanding its corporate payment ecosystem and growing fee‑based income. This role involves identifying new partners, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth integration of banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business partners to grow CASA and fee‑based income.
• Assist in preparing documents for clients wishing to become partners using KB PRASAC services.
• Support cross‑selling of KB PRASAC BANK products and services to the public.
• Promote the bank’s brand visibility at public events.
• Handle client and partner complaints, suggestions, and escalations.
• Conduct market research, due diligence, and prepare shortlists for review.
• Liaise with Compliance & Legal on MOU/agreement drafting and review.
• Coordinate with IT/Digital Banking for integration scoping and UAT execution.
• Perform regular partner performance reviews and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in banking, corporate/institutional relationship management or business development.
• Experience in proposal writing, financial analysis and partner negotiation.
• Good English speaking, writing and listening skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internet usage proficiency.
• Khmer typing ability.
