About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by converting leads into active logistics customers and expanding the existing client base. This role focuses on managing quotations, supporting internal systems, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure profitable business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage rate quotations and internal updates in the in‑house system.
  • Convert sales leads into active customers and achieve revenue and shipment volume targets.
  • Support end‑to‑end local business development and performance.
  • Collaborate with indoor sales teammates on cross‑trade accounts and with CCP sales to maximize customer support.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to business processes and operational data.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong ability to learn and apply new systems and conduct data analysis.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
