Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations for EFG’s regional food and beverage business. Based in Phnom Penh, the role ensures accurate employee administration, lifecycle management and HRIS data integrity across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle events including probation tracking, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in the BIPO HRIS, verify onboarding documentation and update master data such as job titles, reporting lines and salary changes.
• Monitor annual leave approvals and ensure timely HRIS updates.
• Maintain compliance with LACMS requirements, internal policies and local labour regulations, and keep audit‑ready employee records.
• Process Employee Service Management requests, POS user access, and support internal approval workflows.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives such as Fruit Day, Fun Run and the Dolphin Program.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, documentation and audit processes.
• Ability to coordinate HR administrative tasks and support cross‑functional teams.
