HRIS Manager – HR Information Systems Lead

About the role

The HRIS Manager will lead the Human Resources Information System at SME Bank of Cambodia, ensuring reliable, accurate data across all HR modules and supporting the bank’s mission to serve the SME sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the HRIS platform, maintaining employee records, payroll, benefits, performance and recruitment data.
• Configure system settings, manage upgrades and coordinate with IT and HR teams for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot user issues and ensure data integrity and compliance with Cambodian labor regulations.
• Generate HR analytics, reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.
• Automate HR workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing.
• Train HR staff on system use and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience in HRIS administration and configuration, including core HR, training and attendance modules.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee lifecycle.
• Experience working with IT teams on system integration, upgrades, security and data migration.
• Knowledge of Cambodian labor regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification preferred.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
