HR Supervisor

About the role

The HR Supervisor will lead core HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee administration, payroll support, and compliance with Cambodian labor regulations. This role reports to senior management and works closely with department heads to maintain an effective workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, post job ads, screen candidates, arrange interviews and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, prepare contracts, monitor probation periods and handle promotions or transfers.
• Monitor daily attendance, leave, overtime and verify records before payroll processing.
• Support compensation administration, salary reviews, insurance and NSSF documentation.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Cambodian labor law, assist with audits and labor inspections.
• Coordinate training programs and prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, attendance and other metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor regulations and HR operations.
