HR Compliance Officer

About the role

The HR Compliance Officer will ensure that all HR practices align with Cambodian labour legislation and internal policies. This role combines regulatory compliance, HR system administration and employee‑benefits management across multiple store locations and support centres.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain audit‑ready employee records, monitor probation confirmations and manage personnel documentation.
• Oversee employee data in LACMS, ensuring accurate registration, updates and terminations for all locations.
• Administer FWCMS records for foreign staff, coordinating work‑permit, visa and quota renewals.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports to government authorities via LACMS, FWCMS and other platforms.
• Update HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook to reflect legal changes.
• Administer the BIPO system: keep master data current, process onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes and off‑boarding, and provide first‑ and second‑level support.
• Manage group insurance programmes (personal accident, motorcycle, health and life) including enrolments, changes and terminations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement projects and general HR administration such as contracts, travel arrangements and office supplies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour law and HR regulatory requirements.
• Experience handling HR information systems, particularly LACMS, FWCMS and BIPO.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct regular data audits.
• Proactive communication skills to coordinate with line managers and external authorities.
