Head of Information Technology

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Information Technology to lead our digital transformation across retail stores, coffee outlets, and distribution channels. You will shape the IT roadmap, manage budgets, and build a high‑performing technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital initiatives such as POS modernization, ERP integration, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Oversee rollout, maintenance, and integration of POS, inventory, CRM, e‑commerce, and loyalty platforms.
• Manage network architecture, cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on‑premise infrastructure, ensuring uptime and business continuity.
• Establish cybersecurity policies, conduct penetration testing, audits, and security training.
• Direct IT support services, define SLAs, and standardize hardware, software, and processes across all sites.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years in IT leadership, preferably in retail, F&B, FMCG or distribution.
• Proven experience driving digital transformation, data analytics, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of logistics, route‑to‑market and sales distribution systems.
• Hands‑on leadership with a focus on high‑performance culture.
