Head of Customer Service

About the role

The Head of Customer Service will lead the front‑office team at Westline Education Group’s school in Tuek Thla. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that parents, students and visitors receive prompt, professional support while upholding the Group’s values of academic excellence and practical skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, students and visitors, delivering timely and courteous responses.
• Coordinate and oversee all communication between the school and families to maintain clarity and consistency.
• Supervise the front‑office staff, guaranteeing smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.
• Organise parent‑engagement events and feedback sessions to strengthen community relationships.
• Train, mentor and evaluate the customer service team, conducting regular meetings to share updates and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in customer service or administrative management, preferably within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• High cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
