Hard Collection Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Hard Collection Officer to join our finance leasing team. The successful candidate will manage overdue accounts, ensure timely repayment, and support the resolution of default cases.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily overdue client list and record reasons for delay.
• Obtain commitment from clients on repayment dates and follow up accordingly.
• Recommend appropriate actions such as repossession or legal proceedings for serious delinquencies.
• Conduct field collections to resolve default cases.
• Liaise with local authorities and police to facilitate legal processes when necessary.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, banking and finance, business administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit, or related finance functions.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
