Hard Collection Intern

About the role

The Hard Collection Intern will support vehicle return and recovery processes, assisting the finance and collection team in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and follow‑up of vehicle returns.
• Support communication with customers regarding vehicle return arrangements.
• Help prepare and maintain vehicle return records and related documents.
• Assist the team with account follow‑ups and case updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant parties when required.
• Support other tasks related to vehicle recovery and collection operations.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate in Law, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
• Responsible, organized, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
