Growth Manager (Performance and Growth)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead data‑driven campaigns that close performance gaps and accelerate user acquisition. You will work closely with product, marketing and partnership teams to turn insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and analyse performance‑focused campaigns to improve key metrics.
• Investigate app events, errors and latency to pinpoint churn drivers and work with product teams on fixes.
• Evaluate channel performance and reallocate budgets to maximise quality acquisitions and KPI outcomes.
• Build look‑alike audiences using behavioural and demographic data to sharpen targeting.
• Align campaign goals with cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and engage internal and external partners to expand ecosystem impact.
• Scout strategic collaborations that create synergy and broaden business metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, fintech or banking.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
