Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create UI screens, brand assets and marketing visuals for both mobile (Flutter) and web applications. The role involves working closely with developers and marketers to deliver high‑quality, production‑ready designs that support bilingual Khmer and English layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI screens and in‑app assets for mobile and web, building reusable component libraries in Figma.
• Create icon sets, illustrations and app‑store assets at required resolutions and densities.
• Prepare and hand off production‑ready files to developers with clear specifications for spacing, typography and colour.
• Develop brand identity, including logos, colour systems, typography rules and usage guidelines.
• Produce marketing visuals for social media, campaigns, advertising and print collateral such as banners, flyers and business cards.
• Build presentation and pitch decks for clients, partners and government submissions.
• Generate motion graphics and short animated content for product and campaign use.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all products and channels, keeping source files organised and accessible.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback while managing multiple concurrent requests and realistic timelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio covering UI, branding and marketing work.
• Experience delivering assets to development teams as well as to print vendors.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of mobile design constraints and Khmer typography.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑moving environment and incorporate feedback constructively.
