Graphic Designer for School Marketing & Media

About the role

The school is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality visual assets that reinforce its brand identity. The role combines graphic design, photography and videography to support daily communications and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, banners, event backdrops and school‑branded merchandise.
• Capture daily photos and videos of students, classrooms, events and campus life.
• Edit and prepare visual content for use in marketing materials, social media and school publications.
• Collaborate with the Design Officer and Marketing Team to ensure visual consistency with branding and campaigns.
• Provide real‑time coverage and highlights for school events.
• Stay updated on photography and videography trends to bring fresh ideas to the media content.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in graphic design, photography or videography.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and composition.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work during school events outside normal hours when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Strong photography and videography techniques.
