About the role
The General Manager will oversee daily operations across a café, restaurant, sky bar and station. This role requires strong leadership to ensure smooth service, profitability and customer satisfaction across all units.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operations across all business units.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, inventory, and profitability.
- Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational discipline.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve business efficiency.
- Solve operational problems and make timely management decisions.
- Report business performance and operational issues to the owner.
Required profile
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, café, bar, or multi‑unit operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and able to take ownership of operations.
