Garment Quality Control Officer – Cambodia

About the role

Newtimes Group is expanding its operations in Cambodia and seeks a qualified Garment Quality Control professional to ensure product standards from sampling through final shipment. The role involves close collaboration with the QC Manager and local factories to monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and report findings, supporting the company's commitment to high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the QC Manager and garment factories to follow up production and quality control from sampling to shipment.
• Conduct sample inspection and approval, and attend pre‑production meetings with factories.
• Monitor onsite production status, prepare reports, and perform trial run, inline and final inspections.

Required profile

• Local Cambodian candidate with good English and/or Chinese communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in the garment industry, preferably with technical knowledge of paper patterns, fitting and sewing production.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle frequent overtime.
