Gardener – School Grounds Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Gardener to maintain the green spaces of an international school in Phnom Penh. The role involves caring for gardens, lawns and outdoor areas to ensure they remain safe, attractive and healthy for students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain school gardens, lawns and other green areas on a daily basis.
• Water, prune, fertilize and care for a variety of plants and trees.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, safe and visually appealing.
• Assist with basic landscaping projects and new planting initiatives.
• Report any maintenance issues related to outdoor facilities to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred).
• Hardworking, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Honest, punctual and reliable.

Required skills

• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance.
• Proficiency with gardening tools and equipment.
