About the role

Avani is looking for a Gardener to maintain its gardens and outdoor areas safely and efficiently, supporting the hotel’s commitment to hospitality, environmental stewardship, and cost‑saving practices.

Key responsibilities

Maintain gardens, plants, and outdoor areas according to the hotel work schedule.
Use, clean, and store gardening tools safely and correctly.
Keep work areas clean after completing tasks and report any hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues and suggest ideas to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Required profile

Ability to perform gardening tasks safely and follow the hotel’s safety, environmental, and energy‑saving practices.
Professional and friendly communication with guests and team members.
