Freelance Leadership Trainer – Cambodia

About the role

NIIT is seeking an experienced freelance Leadership Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs that accelerate career growth. You will work with professionals across all levels, helping them develop leadership capabilities and achieve their career objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging leadership and career acceleration workshops using experiential learning, case studies, role‑plays and group exercises.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching sessions to support individual leadership development.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Stay current with research and trends in leadership development and integrate new insights into curricula.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client organizations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Leadership Skills Trainer, Career Coach or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, capable of inspiring diverse audiences.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with individuals at all organizational levels.
