About the role
We are seeking a creative freelance Graphic Designer to develop products, graphics and packaging that resonate with Gen Z. The role covers the full design process from concept to final production, working closely with manufacturers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design products, graphics, and packaging that connect with a young Gen Z audience.
- Take designs from early concept through to final production.
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers on specifications, samples, and quality.
- Stay on top of trends across social media, streetwear, and youth culture and translate them into market‑ready products.
- Collaborate with Sales and Logistics to keep designs commercial and on schedule.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in graphic design, especially building brand identity from scratch.
- Extensive production experience (print, materials, sampling, factory files).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Ability to read and write both Khmer and English.
