Finance Supervisor

About the role

The Finance Supervisor coordinates daily Finance team operations, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of finance activities in line with established procedures and timelines. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, the role bridges management and the Finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day workflow of the Finance team, assign tasks, monitor progress and address bottlenecks.
• Oversee month‑end closing activities, review accounting work for accuracy and compliance, and ensure timely delivery of reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Enforce finance procedures, internal controls and reporting requirements, and drive process improvements.
• Provide feedback, translate management priorities into clear actions, and keep senior leadership informed of risks and challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit, with supervisory or coordination experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CAT or similar certification is a plus.
• Excellent English; Khmer and French are advantageous.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of guiding team members toward objectives.
