Finance Officer – Grant Support

About the role

Fauna & Flora is looking for a Finance Officer – Grant Support to ensure high‑quality financial management, compliance and grant administration for its Cambodia Programme. Working closely with the Finance & Administration Manager and programme teams, you will support financial statements, audit coordination and the transparent use of conservation funding.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and apply IFRS for SMEs across all accounting processes.
• Prepare full sets of financial statements in line with IFRS for SMEs requirements.
• Coordinate fixed‑asset and inventory reconciliation schedules for donors and audits.
• Process advance requests, liquidations, vouchers and journal entries with correct fund coding.
• Perform bi‑weekly bank and cash reconciliations and ensure timely posting of transactions.
• Organise internal and external bank transfers and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support monthly financial reporting to UK headquarters and donors, including cash reconciliations.
• Provide financial guidance to sub‑grantees and partners to ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Finance professional with experience in donor‑funded project management.
• Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and local accounting regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with programme teams and external partners.
